Group Training
Group workout training involves structured physical excercise sessions conducted with multiple participants. The participants are led through a series of excercises designed to improve overall fitness, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Participants work towards a specific fitness milestones and biweekly assessments are done to monitor progress.
We are having a weight loss challenge for the month of September starting from 2nd to 30th of September 2024. The goal is for the participants to loose 50 pounds collectively.
